Computer Security Services:

At Software Security Solutions, we test products for performance, quality and compatibility in LAB environments on many of the popular platforms. We are proud to have provided a number of computer security services to support “up and coming” computer security solutions thus providing a value added advantage to our customers. Below is a list of computer security services we have provided in the past.

Researching Security Technology: NOD32, PestPatrol

Part of our mission is to do the research and find computer security solutions that provide superior performance, detection and protection. We are always looking for and providing access to computer security products that have increased value of some kind to our customers. We provide the “best of breed” in each computer security category for our customer’s benefit. Since our inception in 2001 we have helped bring NOD32 and PestPatrol to market and our customers.

Quality Assurance Services: PestPatrol

At Software Security Solutions we performed Quality Assurance (QA), services on a contract basis by providing testing and troubleshooting for PestPatrol until version 4.4. Our testing included benchmarking and regression testing for both the consumer (GUI) and Corporate (Command Line) functions. The number of help desk tickets noticeably declined during our tenure of providing QA services for PestPatrol.

Corporate Support Services –
Pre\Post Sales: PestPatrol

During our relationship with the original PestPatrol Company, we also provided Corporate Support Services for the product. Corporate customers requiring either pre or post sales support were directed to out team of engineers. Our engineers had dedicated LABS to replicate customer environments for testing and troubleshooting. Many of the existing Corporate Support Documents available we created by this team while under the support contract.

About NOD32:

PestPatrol was the first computer security solution to bring the threat from Spyware to light. In association with PestPatrol we have been telling our customers and the public about the dangers from Spyware for over three years. Spyware removal is an integral part of a layered computer security service.
