I found NOD32 by searching on Google for alternatives to Symantec AV. It seemed to get consistently good reviews on the sites that I visited; I was especially interested in a solution that had a smaller footprint on the desktop, and consumed less resources.

For right now, I think our little business is set. We have a Watchguard firewall, which although it’s getting old, still does the trick and their tech support has been awesome.
